Candice Li graduated from the National University of Singapore with a BA in Sociology. Her professional career in the arts and culture includes stints at the Singapore Art Museum, National Heritage Board, and the National Arts Council. Working closely with both artists and bureaucrats allows her to observe the Singapore arts scene from a privileged position. In particular, Candice is interested in
